The Digital Workforce

Difference between a bot and a Digital Worker :

• A bot is a software robot built in a task-centric role. They are only able to perform a very specific task.
• Digital Workers are built to mimic human workers which able to perform complete business functions from start to finish.  For example, Digital Worker able to submit invoices regularly through the system.
