On 10 September 2024, Titanfour hosted the “Simplifying Compliance, Amplifying Efficiency” event at The Everly, Putrajaya. The event, joined by customers, prospects, and our partners, focused on our Smart eInvoicing solution and Malaysia’s e-invoice regulations.
Michael Chan, Head of Business Development, kicked off by introducing Titanfour’s three main business pillars:

2. Titanfour Product & Solution Series
3. TalentHub – Talent sourcing and development.
Our CEO, Billie Teoh, shared insights on the latest e-invoice regulations, including risks, submission methods, and mandatory fields businesses need to comply with.
Melvin Tan, our Solution Architect, provided an overview of Smart eInvoicing, followed by live demos showcasing:
•Seamless e-invoice integration via API.
•Self-bill invoice submission through file upload.
•Converting receipts to e-invoices.
•Manual entries for consolidated e-invoices.
He also discussed challenges faced during the first implementation for a Tier 1 customer (with a turnover of RM 100 million+) and how Titanfour overcame them.
Mr. Naga from AVM Cloud introduced the cloud platform, focusing on how it enables Smart eInvoicing with benefits like enhanced security and sovereign cloud solutions.
Project Manager Sam Eng covered the deliverables when clients onboard Smart eInvoicing, followed by Michael Chan’s overview of our SLA and product roadmap.
